Delivery and Returns
Delivery is available to mainland United Kingdom, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland as well as Europe.
The delivery charge will be shown at the checkout.
After you have placed your order we will send a confirmation e-mail then a further e-mail once your order is dispatched.
Please keep your order reference which is shown in both mails and quote it in any communication.
Orders recieved Monday to Friday are normally dispatched on the same day. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be sent on Monday.
In the unlikely event that any of the items you order are out of stock we will tell you by email detailing when they will available, if you then decide you wish to cancel your order we will refund any monies paid at the latest by the next working day.
We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce, dependant on the size of your order. We will let you know how your order has been sent in our goods dispatched email.
You will recieve your order within 3-4 workings days from dispatch by Royal mail and 1-2 working day if sent by Parcelforce (very remote postcodes may take longer). Orders sent by Parcelforce must be signed for so please ensure you are available at the delivery address. If you are out when Parcelforce arrive they will leave a note detailing how to book a re-delivery, this is free on the first occassion only.

You may return goods purchased within 7 days of reciept providing they are unused and in their original packing and condition.
It is very important to obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. We regret that return postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
